We truly hope you love the items you purchase as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes you just have to return something.
Online purchases are eligable for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of your receipt of purchase. After this alloted time, your items will no longer be eligible for return.
Things to remember:
NO RETURN ON CUSTOM ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are Final Sale. (blogger codes & welcome codes do not apply and ARE eligible for return).
Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, graphic tee's, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will Not be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.
Swimsuits, accesories, & bodysuits are NOT eligable for return.
We do not issue refunds, but we do issue store credit.
Item must be in original condition, tags attached, unworn, & unwashed.
We do not accept the return of WHITE colored items.
Shipping cost is not refundable.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and forward photos of any damage.
How to return your item:
1.) Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase & has all of your information & order number on it.
2.) Our customers are responsable for return shipping costs. Shipping options include USPS, UPS, & FedEx.
3.) Please wrap your item neatly & in paper of some kind to protect the item. We want it back in the same condition you recieved it. Item must be sent back in the same shipping bag, there is an extra sticky strip on every Loveleigh package for easy shipping.
4.) Exchanges are processed the same way as a return would be processed. We will issue you a store credit & at the time of return, you are then able to decide whether or not to exchange your item for the same item OR purchase something else. If you are wanting an exchange, please email email@example.com & we will check to see if the items you are wanting an exchange for are still in stock. If the item you are wanting to exchange is no longer available, you will still recieve store credit. We got you!
5.) You're all set babe! We will work on your return as soon as we recieve the item & inspect it. Please make sure your return meets the previously stated requirments to expedite the return process.
