For some reason, I feel compelled to write this right now. I have had multiple blogs throughout my life, I started my first one when I was 12 years old lol, it was called Guide to Being Girly. A golden ticket to anyone that can find THAT gem! I have always loved the idea of being able to make an impact & honestly, I've lived my life trying to be the exact example I want to set for younger girls (with a few minor mistakes, like hello I'm human). On my website, it has an option for blog posts, & for the past month I've looked at that tab & thought to myself "no way, I don't have time to do that too." I keep looking at it & wondering if I should blog again, I've been told in all of my marketing classes that blogs are a dying trend, but why do they have to be?
I love talking, relating, & being honest with people, writing fun little blog posts is just another way I am able to connect with people & I love it. With that being said, I wanted to talk about dreams, & why you shouldn't be afraid to chase them. Well, maybe you should be afraid, but you should do it anyway. <3 I am so passionate about motivational speaking, my sophomore year I was extremely depressed (yeah, no one knows but I deal with that, just good at hiding it). I would sit in my English class totally disconnected from actually putting forth any effort to learn, but I'd blast motivational speeches, & from that moment I've always thought, "if some random person on YouTube can inspire me this much, why can't I do it too?"
I can talk all day every day to anyone about how they're worthy & completely capable of anything they set their mind to, it's literally my life's purpose to do that I think. I've been so excited after starting this boutique because it's a new opportunity to connect with girls everywhere & just lift them up. My point is, once you find the things you're passionate about in life, they always seem to find you over & over again. I have created a dream career for myself, & I'm going to pretend I'm killing it until I actually am. (-: Anyways, if you made it through this article, I just want to thank you & let you know how special it is to me that you even care to be here right now. Here's to many more blog posts & a lot more fun stuff.
